1. Groceries and Perishable Items
If you receive a grocery item that is damaged, spoiled, or not as described, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will offer a full refund or a replacement for the item.
2. Home Depot and Non-Perishable Items
You may return most non-perishable items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
3. How to Request a Refund or Return
To start a return, contact us at info@angaadi.shop with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, please attach a photo.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for pickup or return. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your card issuer and bank as processing times may vary. If you still haven’t received it, email us at info@angaadi.shop.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
7. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at orders@angaadi.shop or info@angaadi.shop to arrange pickup.
